My name is Abigail. My middle name is Gray. I love rainy wet gray days and so you can find me as GrayDay on etsy and twitter.  I am a twin, an MFA artist, a knitter, a Maine enthusiast, a vintage sweater junkie, a future VW west falia owner.... I want to live in Europe at some point. I like stinky cheese, Jasmine Pearl tea, and I've never met a Lobster I didn't like to eat.

I want to live in the country surrounded by bees, chickens, goats, a pot belly pig, and my budding family... I would love the setting to be back in Maine... (jeezus I sound like such a hippie!) but in the meantime we are in the Philly area.

I have my Masters in Fine Art (from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts: '08) but at the moment all I have my masters in is new motherhood/baby care, and I question this "mastery" often ...

I do a little freelance work and I used to sell my knitting on etsy. My next biggest ambition is work at my Studio Shop full time, to sell prints of my art as well as OOAK pieces.

I blog daily- with weekly themes of  "A Love Letter to Summer"   "What I learned this week and it's only Tuesday"   "Handmade Shout Out" and Thursday's "Links and Such" with the occasional "Weekend Project" on Friday AND everything else in between!
